With no family history, Shelby was shell shocked when she was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2021 at the age of 28. Her family rallied around her as she underwent her treatment over the past year. As Shelby shared with us, cancer doesn’t just affect one person. The person that has cancer is forever changed, but so is their entire family and so Shelby’s wish was an experience that could be shared with the people who gave so much of themselves to help her through this past year.
Nominated for FAB-U-WISH by her mother, we were thrilled to surprise Shelby! With the help of our friends at Kendra Scott, FAB-U-WISH arranged for Shelby to enjoy a day of shopping with
her mother, mother-in-law, and best friend, followed by a dinner with her parents, husband, and in-laws.
