Mardi Kaplan has spent her entire career at Toyota, where she currently leads digital adoption and learning initiatives focused on helping employees embrace technology and modern ways of working. Mardi’s passion for breast cancer advocacy stems from her own experience. Diagnosed with stage IIB breast cancer in 2017 and stage IV metastatic breast cancer in 2022, she is deeply committed to raising awareness of early detection and supporting research that improves and extends lives. After als osupporting her sister through a DCIS diagnosis in 2025, she has become an even stronger advocate for education, prevention, and research. Through her work with The Pink Agenda, she hopes to help drive meaningful progress toward better outcomes for everyone affected by breast cancer. Mardi lives in downtown Chicago with her husband, Andy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world, staying active, and making memories with family and friends. She serves on The Pink Agenda’s LeadershipCouncil.
